How do you stay motivated: By finding a balance between movement and rest! I’m constantly in conversation with my body- listening to it and fueling it with what it needs. That’s what keeps me going!

Credentials: Completed Advanced 2 Exams (I.S.T.D./R.A.D) in ballet, tap and jazz, I.S.T.D. Associate Modern Teaching Certificate, Honors in Dance Performance from Centennial College, Yoga 500 hr + certified, Since then, Lagree Fitness Certified.
